Tania Francisca Tapia Figueroa, guardian of ancestral art

Designer Tania Francisca Tapia Figueroa is one of the protagonists of the bookHacedores y Hacedoras, a work that gives a voice and a face to the artisans, artists and designers of Cuenca, telling their life stories. Through her work, Tania not only shapes unique pieces, but also keeps alive traditional techniques that are the heritage of generations. Her commitment to preserving craft knowledge and her passion for the value of handmade creation have made her a reference for cultural continuity in the region.
