CARTERAS Y BOLSOS

This project arose as a response to the challenges posed by the pandemic, with the noble mission of supporting artisans in their livelihood. An initial study revealed a lack of innovation in the products, which led to a detailed morphological study to design objects with new functions and styles.

Designing wallets, backpacks and bags that combine leather with natural fibers, generating new and original design proposals. This product line not only adds a touch of authenticity, but also promotes sustainability and highlights the importance of using alternative materials. This approach not only revitalizes traditional craft practices, but also shows how creativity and design can play a fundamental role in preserving and assessing those practices.

In addition, by contributing to a sustainable economy and care for the environment, the project benefits not only the artisans but the community as a whole. It is inspiring to see how creativity and innovation can drive positive change, not only economically, but also socially and environmentally.
